PROGRAMA DE ENTRENAMIENTO - CINTURÓN ROJO

El Significado del Cinturón Rojo (Iniciación al conocimiento) “ El sol se está poniendo. La primera fase del crecimiento ha sido cumplida” El estudiante adquiere el conocimiento más detallado y, tal como la planta crece despacio hacia el Sol, entonces el estudiante de cinturón rojo aprende a ser más cauteloso con su conocimiento y el aumento de su capacidad física. El primer día (el periodo de tiempo desde Cinturón Blanco hasta Rojo) de crecimiento ha llegado a su fin. La habilidad física ha sido desarrollada pero carece de control; por lo tanto, la disciplina mental y física se debe ahora alcanzar.

Los siguientes son los temas técnicos que debe ser aprendidos y dominados por el alumno para poder postular y ser presentado en la evaluación de ascenso a Cinturón Negro 1 Dan:
